I am currently pursuing a PhD in TU Dublin, supervised by Dr. Lucia Walsh and Dr. Ziene Mottiar
My research aims to contribute to our understanding of the under-explored area of the growth stages of social enterprises, with a focus on factors of scaling.
Objectives:
Explore the characteristics of social enterprises that have pursued growth.
Identify the key factors that trigger the strategy to grow.
Determine strategies used for growth.
Uncover reasons for unsuccessful growth.
Establish areas of support needed to encourage the successful growth of social enterprises.
